When You Get a Good Sleep You Do Better in School
Sleep is good for you because when you go to school in the morning sleep is one of the things you need to be able to get your mind in the mood to learn. People might not want to help you if you are in a bad mood, because it is hard to try to help someone who is falling asleep on you. When you don’t have the sleep you need your mind is not really ready to learn because the mind does not stop thinking about sleeping. When you get enough sleep your mind is ready to learn in school, you get the ability to be able to stay concentrated, you seem to be able to take in the information better when you have your sleep.
An average human has to have a good amount of hours of sleep, if you get the right amount that will also save you from having the chances of falling asleep in your classes. It will prevent you from getting in trouble for something you were not suppose to do. School is like a job, you have to come everyday prepared with good rest and all of the things for your day to be successful. It is important to get a good enough sleep, because the teachers would not have to deal with having to keep yelling at you. Having a good sleep prevents having you or the teacher look bad.
The negative part about if you don’t get enough sleep is that you might fall asleep in class, you would be in a bad mood towards other people. The person would not be willing to learn because they had made that choice to not get a good enough sleep the night before People would not want to be around that person because how they are acting towards the person that is trying to help them.
